Summary
AI Teleprompter does not collect, sell or share personal data. There is no account, no analytics SDK, no advertising and no tracking.
Your scripts
Scripts you write or import are stored only on your device, in the app's own storage. We cannot see them. Deleting the app deletes them.
Microphone and speech recognition
Voice mode uses Apple's Speech framework to follow what you say. When your language supports on-device recognition, audio is processed on your iPhone or iPad and never leaves it.
If on-device recognition isn't available for your language, iOS may send audio to Apple to transcribe it, under Apple's privacy policy. We never receive this audio or its transcript.
The microphone is used only while voice mode is running or while you record a video.
Camera and Photos
The camera is used only on the recording screen. Videos are written to your device and saved to your Photos library. The app asks only for permission to add to Photos, not to read your library.
Permissions
- Camera: to record video while you read.
- Microphone: to record sound and to follow your voice.
- Speech recognition: to scroll the text as you speak.
- Photos (add only): to save every take.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
